Who we are
Qantiva, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to contact@qantiva.ai about it.
What stays on your PC
Qantiva is desktop software. Your Bloomberg data, the curves and analytics computed from it, your saved screens, your AI chats and the app's logs are kept in a folder on your PC. We never receive them. The app sends us no usage analytics and no crash reports. If you choose to e-mail us a support bundle, it can contain market data; the app tells you so before it saves one.
What we collect
- From the contact form: your name, e-mail, company, message, and how you heard about us.
- At sign-up: your name, your company and your e-mail address.
- For your account: your sign-in identity, your role, and a record of the changes you make.
- For your licence: the name, company and e-mail on it; for each PC you activate, its name, its Windows and app versions, a key the app creates on the PC, and the IP address it activated and last renewed from. When you download the app, we record the version and your IP address.
- For payment: you pay by bank transfer. We keep your orders.
We use this to run your account and licence, answer you, and tell you about Qantiva. Every e-mail of ours that is not about your account lets you opt out.
AI assistants
If you connect an AI assistant, what you ask and the results the app returns to it go to that AI provider under your own account with it, not through our servers. Your API key stays on your PC, encrypted for your Windows user; we never receive it.
Where it is kept
Our service runs on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland), which also sends our e-mails. Each organization's data is kept apart from every other organization's. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party fonts or scripts.
