Who we are

These terms are between the customer and Qantiva, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Qantiva").

The software

Qantiva is desktop software for fixed income desks: curves, government bonds, futures basis, swaps and related analysis. It runs on the customer's own Windows PC, next to the customer's Bloomberg Terminal.

Market data

The customer holds its own Bloomberg subscription and remains responsible for using it within its Bloomberg agreement. The software reads market data from the Terminal on the customer's PC and keeps that data, and everything it computes from it, in a folder on that PC. Qantiva does not receive, store or redistribute the customer's market data.

AI assistants

Connecting an AI assistant is optional. The customer uses its own account with the AI provider (for example its own Anthropic key, or its own Claude Desktop). What the customer asks, and the results the software returns to the assistant, which can include market data and analytics, go to that provider under the customer's agreement with it, not through Qantiva.

Licence and activation

A licence is for one named person, who activates the software on one PC by signing in to their Qantiva account. Moving the licence to another PC is done through Qantiva support. The software renews its licence with Qantiva online; a PC that has not renewed for 14 days stops until it reconnects. A free trial lasts 14 days.

Price and payment

A licence runs for a year (365 days) at the price shown in the customer's Qantiva account when the year is ordered. Payment is by bank transfer to Qantiva's account, with the order's reference; the year starts when the transfer arrives, or follows on from the current licence's end when it is renewed early. Bank charges are the sender's.

A licence does not renew by itself: Qantiva e-mails a reminder before its end. A paid licence keeps working for 7 days after its end, then stops until it is renewed.

Updates

The software checks for new versions at downloads.qantiva.ai. The customer's IT can turn the check off or decide when updates are installed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
